Flowers were fresh and as it looks in picture ! Big thumbs up!! My colleague was elated!!

Would prefer a proper Delivery Note to be emailed to us for proper documentation instead of a snapshot by the delivery team after the delivery. And also to have a proper order form template when placing orders instead of typing out in emails.

Overall service was excellent. My wife was surprise with the delivery and she loved the flowers. Only slight improvement though... my notes for her was meant to be printed vertically with her name as initials, but it came out to be printed as paragraph... Anyway, its ok and thank you for sending the flowers in time... cheer

The flowers arrived and were well appreciated.
There was a problem during delivery which resulted in a late delivery - but I understand that problems sometimes occur.
The photo I received of the flowers looked like the image on the website so I like the accuracy of the online representation.
As I live outside Singapore, I would have liked a text message to confirm delivery.
Also I would have liked a selection of more contemporary arrangements though. But happy with my final selection.
