Ordered a bouquet for my sister. Supposedly to be delivered by 5pm. Received an email to say delivery is delayed bec of they are experiencing high volume of orders. Was told to be rest assured that the bouquet will be delivered by today
It is already 9.30pm and nothing received so far.
If there are too many orders perhaps they shd set a limit.
And how long does the recipient need to wait?
The time lapse would have affected the quality of the bouquet.
I have given both mine and the recipient's contact numbers. Why use email? I wouldnt know if I had not checked my email. Totally disappointed. First and last order from me.
And till now still wondering if there is still going to be a delivery or no-show.
