I do not live in Singapore so I had a few questions before considering placing an order. I sent an email and a member of the team came back to me quickly. I was then happy to place an order and was able to select a date and time slot for the delivery. I received a confirmation email when it had been delivered. The recipient sent me a photo of the bouquet and I was pleased to see it was the same as the photo on the website. The recipient loved it so the order was a complete success!

Customer service taking the effort to deliver at my timing request was excellent. Discounts were also great. However do consider waiving delivery charge for items above $50.00Email correspondence was less than adequate. I was confused receiving email from Hong Kong when my order was in Sìngapore. I had to call to clarify. Overall very pleased with service and quality of merchandise
