Same day delivery and they called to inform that the wine I originally ordered was out of stock

Incorrect bouquet was sent out but upon reaching out to customer service they offered to replace the incorrect order with something else within same budget. Appreciate the gesture. Thank you.

The bouquet was a little smaller than expected but it’s alright. Although I did leave a note for the driver to text or call when delivering, they did not and also just left the bouquet on the shoe stand out side my house, I didn’t realize it was there til later.
