Really happy with the flowers my friend received. Quick efficient deliver, same day!

That the bouquet we ordered and which was delivered were very much alike. I know it won’t be exactly the same but it was beautiful and what we expected. Have been very disappointed before with other online orders so this was perfect.

The delivery driver contacted the recipient rather than just leave it in an unsafe place, and after I saw the drop off was by the gate on a busy road, I called customer service who also contacted her to check she received it which she did. The recipient requested the delivery driver leave it where he did and she said he didn't want to initially as he was concerned it may be stolen.
