Ordering process was smooth and the relevant offer codes were auto-included based on my login credentials.

However, it was the first time that I had ordered a birthday cake and was disappointed that neither there were options to write a customised wish on the icing nor any accessories like knife/candles/markers were included in the delivery.

The quality of the product and its packaging was commendable. The flower holder was also sturdy and save the hassles of using a vase. The product was delivered ahead of the schedule, which, in some cases, might jeopardize the customer's availability. Product pricing and delivery charges are on the higher side though.
