The product quality is good, customer service up to the delivery process is great too. The only thing I would give a 5/10 is the lady delivering the flowers asked us to collect downstairs instead of sending to the door. We were in the middle of training and need to stop halfway to collect downstairs. Also this destroy all the surprises. 😅Flowers and balloons are in 3 boxes but each box is not heavy which I believe she can handle.
