On the whole all was great except that a number of the roses were smashed, the purple ones. When I received the bouquet of flowers and cake, I quickly stored the cake in the fridge and then looked at the flowers. I then realised the issue. My friends and the birthday gal were there. Hence I didn't want to make it an issue. We had ordered from FlowerChimp a handful of times, no issues. Only this time. Apart from the damaged purple roses, the flower arrangements, cake and delivery timing was all great.

I think flowerchimp has one of the best delivery people working for them. I actually made a huge mistake by giving the wrong unit number. But as I am living overseas, I did not even receive a call of clarification. The very brilliant delivery guy settle the whole thing himself. He called the recipient of the flowers and got the right unit. This is the kind of service I like. No drama service. Thanks so much!!

Most satisfied:Discount given. Improve upon: the cake is meant for birthday cake. However, there is no birthday stand and candle given. Despite I call the hotline to request. The reason given is this is a standard cake , there won't be candle given.
