It was very easy to order even when I’m out of the country, good customer support and lastly the quality of the flowers were more than what I expected and my gf loved it.

My mum was delighted with the beautiful flowers, thank you so much for bringing her joy on her birthday!

My grandma loved the flowers delivered to her in hospital! But more importantly to report, the customer service with Flower Chimp is excellent! I've contacted them twice via FB messenger and they replied almost immediately with the most friendly and helpful service. I have been very impressed! My only note for improvement is that the tracking service could be more accurate/updated.
