I like the free delivery and reasonable prices. Please always keep the flowers fresh. :)One suggestion: I think the notification for completed delivery should be more on time. Ie. Once it’s delivered, send the email immediately. My friend got her flowers in the morning but I only got the notification at night!

First, the order came very late. No point write the timing. Arrived very late at night not 5pm. Secondly, I order two items and messages was wrongly tagged. Can imagine a birthday person receive thank you message and another item receives happy birthday messages. Totally speechless and disappointed in the service and arrangement of delivery.
