For overseas clients, Maybe more updates of when delivery might be and status of orders. Time difference sometimes make customers panic and unsure if it’s getting delivered as promised. But overall, ordered twice now and have been very impressed from start to finish! Well done!

We were very happy with the service that we recieved. We were nervous about ordering flowers oversees as we are based in the USA. We got out destination originally wrong but even with time differences Chimp was able to contact us and correct our mistake. The flowers were delivered and the recipient was very happy.
