Everything was good,right thru the customer service & courier but one thing lack is the gift came without bag.As it was meant for a birthday present to someone special.It took me a while to search for one.I hope in future pls include bag for all gifts as it makes customers like me hassle free of searching for one especially last minute order.Seeking your understanding.
