I like that we are able to the price of the arrangement (in some shop, it wasn't display), so that we are able to do the budgeting. The flower was beautiful, will definitely order from Flower Chimp again.I would like for them to improve on the delivery part. My order was an office delivery, but it only get to recipient at 6pm.Customer service was also helpful, talked to 3 of their agent during the day of delivery because wanted to ask for the status at 4pm, then they call to ask if it is okay is the colors of the flower are slightly different that i ordered due to unavailability, next i called again since it did not reach the recipient at the office after 5pm.
