Ordering System
I was most satisfied with the customer service staff’s patience in helping me with a redelivery since we were unable to receive the flowers at the planned venue. Shoutout to both Natasya and Aishah :)One suggestion would be to have a tray/box outside the flower shop so that in the future, undelivered flowers need not be left outside the shop’s doorstep for just anyone to take :)
