Earlier delivery

The flowers are lovely and my aunt loves them. Only issue is, I ordered the polkadots pink & gold balloon but was given the black floral one instead. And I was not informed. I only knew it when my aunt took a photo to show me.

Could have kept the stemsOf flowers delivered much longer

The vouchers shouldn't have been disabled before its expiry date. Unpleasant to have to email your customer service to reinstate the voucher. On the other hand, your customer service was very helpful, effective and efficient in rectifying the situation.
