Probably you could deliver to an alternative address given by customer in case if the initial delivery address has no recipients. Of course,the customer has to bear the additional delivery fee for that service. Thank you!

The flowers came great! Perhaps include the message typed in the check out page as well to allow us to have a final check.

Just a suggestion, maybe can extend or add one more delivery timing slot for 7pm onward on special occasions.the customer service quite responsive and helpful, just that the courier forgot to bring along a bag as requested, so that the bouquet can hang at the door properly, because the courier just left my bouquet at the mailbox in front of my door, its not very nice if the bouquet is fallen down.
