Atiqah was quick and courteous in her response to me, and left this first-time customer very confident in future transactions. I think she may have forgotten to attach a photo proof of delivery in the first Item Delivered email, but the photo came immediately when I verified. As far at that, my confidence would have been even higher, had the PoD been with the recipient actually holding the package, but I do understand some people receiving flowers would not feel comfortable with their picture on a stranger's phone! So, I get it, and I am thrilled I found a reliable florist with great customer service that delivers in Singapore!
