I had made a mistake with the address - I did not know the recipient had moved house. Flower Chimp was kind enough to pick up the flowers from the wrong address and redeliver the bouquet the next day. The 24 hour customer service hotline and prompt email replies made it easy to contact them, even from abroad.

I was excited to see the photo of the flower bouquet on your website. The colors was vibrant and cheerful. The arrangement looks good. I send in my order immediately. The flowers was for someone special who is fighting cancer for the 4th time. She was delighted to receive the flowers and send me a photo. Upon seeing the photo, I was little disappointed as the flowers received, the arrangements was different. It did not have that fullness. It was very lazily arranged. Let me know if you like a what’s app copy of the photo.
The flowers were nice and customer service was prompt and helpful, but delivery timing was 30 minutes late. I had to give up half my lunch hour to wait for the delivery staff. Overall I’m satisfied but there’s room to improve.
