1) Fulfil the order as per timing you state eg. for delivering to office is before 5pm.2) If overwhelm with orders on that particular day, have courtesy to at least call the customer to have it rearrange.3) Always call back immediately to update on the delivery status if you already know it is late on schedule. Don’t wait for customer to call you again.4) Have a couple of staffs to go through the orders during peak period eg Valentine’s Day, to avoid sticky situations and delivery issues.The only plus thing for this order is that you guys have selected very beautiful, large sun flowers.
